This
document describes the procedures to follow to establish a reserved space
on MUW web server
for Clubs or Organizations.
- An
organizational member must be assigned to maintain and publish the web
files. This person
will own the allocated web directory. The web site maintainer must
have a valid MUW e-mail account.
- A
memo from the president or the sponsor of the club/organization must
be sent to Network Operations
explaining the purpose of the web site and including the FULL NAME and
E-MAIL address of the
person who will be maintaining the web site.
- It
is possible to assign multiple users to maintain the same web site. If
so, this should also be included
in the memo.
- The
web directory will be allocated 5 MB of disk space for web content.
- Upon
approval, the requester will receive a confirmation letter indicating
the location of the newly established
directory and the path to publish the files.
- MUW
reserves the right to terminate the privilege at any time.
- The
site must not be used for any profit.
